2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please change any temporary password after your first login.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Avar for unlawful purposes, to infringe others' rights, or to disrupt the service. You're responsible for the automations you create and run.
4. Plans & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time; changes are prorated. Refunds are handled per our stated policy.
5. Service availability
We work hard to keep Avar reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update or improve features over time.
6. Limitation of liability
Avar is provided 'as is.' To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
